       PER CURIAM.

       This appeal is before us on a clerk's transcript. The defendant pleaded not guilty to an information charging him with intoxication. Trial to the court. Defendant rested after evidence by the State. The Court found the defendant guilty as charged and entered judgment that defendant pay a fine of $25 and costs, and that in default of payment he be committed to the Woodbury County jail for seven days. Defendant has appealed. We find no error in the record and the judgment is therefore

       Affirmed.
