Kristen Shively Johnson, Jefferson City, MO, Counsel for Respondent. Carol D. Jansen, Columbia, MO, Counsel for Appellant.

Kristen Shively Johnson, Jefferson City, MO, Counsel for Respondent.

Carol D. Jansen, Columbia, MO, Counsel for Appellant.

Before Division Two: Karen King Mitchell, Judge, Presiding, Anthony Rex Gabbert, Judge, W. Douglas Thomson, Judge

ORDER

Per Curiam:

Mark Dean-Tieron Hughes appeals the circuit court's Judgment, entered on a jury verdict, convicting him of two counts of the class A felony of child molestation in the first degree and two counts of the class D felony of endangering the welfare of a child in the first degree. Hughes argues on appeal that, the circuit court erred in denying his motions for judgment of acquittal on all four counts, and plainly erred in permitting a doctor's testimony that sexual contact caused gonorrheal infections in Hughes's two children. We affirm. Rule 30.25(b).
