APPEAL FROM THE DISTRICT COURT OF THE SECOND CIRCUIT WAILUKU DIVISION (CASE NO. 2DTA-21-00993)

ORDER APPROVING STIPULATION TO DISMISS APPEAL

Upon consideration of the Stipulation for Dismissal of Appeal, filed January 17, 2023, by Defendant-Appellant Hailey L. Huffman (Huffman), the papers in support, and the record, it appears that (1) the appeal has been docketed; (2) under Hawai'i Rules of Appellate Procedure (HRAP) Rule 42(b), the parties stipulate to dismiss the appeal; and (3) attached to the stipulation is Huffman's declaration showing she understands the consequences of voluntary dismissal, consistent with HRAP Rule 42(c) .

Therefore, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Stipulation for Dismissal of Appeal is approved and the appeal is dismissed.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that all pending motions are dismissed.
