Appeal from the Iowa District Court for Black Hawk County, Jeffrey Harris, District Associate Judge. Taquala Howse appeals her conviction of carrying weapons, an aggravated misdemeanor, in violation of Iowa Code section 724.4 (2011). REVERSED.
