Opinion

No. 88-701.

November 2, 1988.

An Appeal from the Circuit Court for Santa Rosa County; George Lowrey, Judge.

Robert A. Butterworth, Atty. Gen. and Elizabeth C. Masters, Asst. Atty. Gen., Tallahassee, for appellant.

Michael E. Allen, Public Defender and P. Douglas Brinkmeyer, Asst. Public Defender, Tallahassee, for appellee.

Appellee Houchin's sentence for his August 1, 1987 crimes was erroneously calculated without the addition of points for victim injury. The defense conceded the error.

REVERSED and REMANDED for resentencing.

ERVIN, WENTWORTH and ZEHMER, JJ., concur.
