Appeal from the Iowa District Court for Linn County, Thomas L. Koehler (guilty plea) and Robert E. Sosalla (sentencing), Judges. Spencer Horak appeals from a judgment and sentence following his pleas of guilty to forgery, false use of a credit card, and second-degree theft.
