       PER CURIAM.

       This appeal is presented on the clerk's transcript. Defendant was charged, tried and convicted of operating a Motor Vehicle while his driver's license was under suspension, contrary to Section 321.218, Code of 1950, I.C.A. From the judgment thus entered he has appealed.

       We have examined the record and finding no error therein the judgment appealed from is affirmed.

       Affirmed.
