In Re: Derick Holmes, Sr., applying for supervisory writs, 19th Judicial District Court, Parish of East Baton Rouge, Nos. 08-08-0057, 09-08-0351 & 08-08-0071. BEFORE: McDONALD, CRAIN, AND HOLDRIDGE, JJ.

WRIT GRANTED IN PART, DENIED IN PART. The trial court is instructed to proceed toward disposition of relator's "Motion for Concurrent Sentence," filed June 26, 2014. The Clerk of Court of East Baton Rouge Parish has no record of receiving a "Rule for Clarification of Sentence" (allegedly filed on June 26, 2014). Relator should file the motion with the clerk of court of the district court before seeking relief from this Court.
