The applicant, Corey Holder, seeks supervisory review of the trial court's March 31, 2023, ruling denying his "Second or Subsequent Uniform Application for Post-Conviction Relief," and April 19, 2023, ruling denying his "Motion for Rehearing/Reconsideration," in which he asserted factual innocence claims. On the showing made, this writ is hereby denied. La.C.Cr.P. art. 930.8.
