STATE OF LOUISIANA v. BRUCE HINES


In Re: Bruce Hines, applying for supervisory writs, 21st Judicial District Court, Parish of Tangipahoa, No. 901086. BEFORE: PETTI GREW, HIGGINBOTHAM AND CRAIN, JJ.

WRIT DENIED. Based upon the testimony adduced at the postconviction hearing, relator failed to show that there is a reasonable probability that the result of the proceeding would have been different. See Strickland v. Washington, 466 U.S. 668, 694, 104 S.Ct. 2052, 2068, 80 L.Ed.2d 674 (1984).
