STATE OF LOUISIANA v. GLENN M. HILL


In Re: Glenn M. Hill, applying for supervisory writs, 21st Judicial District Court, Parish of Tangipahoa, No. 502,812. BEFORE: GUIDRY, PETTIGREW, AND CRAIN, JJ.

WRIT DENIED AS MOOT. The district court record reflects that on May 23, 2018, the district court acted on relator's application for postconviction relief, which was filed on April 9, 2013. Accordingly, relator's request for mandamus relief is moot.
