In re: Gray, Alcide J.; Gray, Anna R.; Delphin, Mark A.; Dwight, David F.; Wigley, Pennie; Higginbotham, Robert Earle, others applying for motion to enforce order of this Court dated June 28, 1991, Parish of Calcasieu 14th Judicial District Court, Div. "E", Nos. 9603-90, 7563-90.


Motion granted. Court of Appeal instructed to assign another judge to the panel and set the case for re-argument within 30 days.

CALOGERO, C.J., would grant the motion, order the case returned from the court of appeal and set the matter for oral argument, briefing and opinion in this Court.

HALL, J., would deny the motion.
