SPECIAL ORDER

Defendant's motion to amend the petition for discretionary review is allowed. The State's motion to dismiss the appeal is allowed and the motion to amend the notice of appeal is dismissed as moot. Defendant's petition for discretionary review is allowed as to Issues I and II for the limited purpose of remanding to the Court of Appeals for reconsideration in light of State v. Hobbs, 374 N.C. 345, 841 S.E.2d 492 (2020).
