WRIT DENIED ON THE SHOWING MADE. Relator failed to set forth what relief he seeks. If relator is seeking review of the trial court's ruling on his motions, relator failed to include a copy of the trial court's rulings, all pertinent minute entries, transcripts and other portions of the district court record that might support his claims. If relator is seeking mandamus relief based on the trial court's failure to rule on his motions, he failed to indicate such to this Court.
