STATE OF LOUISIANA v. JOCOBE HENDERSON


In Re: State of Louisiana, applying for rehearing, 17th Judicial District Court, Parish of Lafourche, No. 514402. BEFORE: WHIPPLE, C.J., McCLENDON AND HIGGINBOTHAM, JJ.

REQUEST FOR REHEARING NOT CONSIDERED. An application for rehearing will not be considered if this Court did not consider the original writ application. See Uniform Rules of Louisiana Courts of Appeal, Rules 2-18.7 & 4-9. In the event the State elects to file a new application with this Court, the application shall be filed on or before April 10, 2015. Any future filing on this issue should include the entire contents of the original writ application, any omitted documents, a copy of this ruling, and a copy of the ruling on the original writ application.
