Substitute information charging the defendant with two counts each of the crimes of attempt to commit murder and assault in the first degree and with the crimes of conspiracy to commit assault in the third degree and carrying a pistol without a permit, brought to the Superior Court in the judicial district of New Haven and tried to the jury before, Fracasse, J.; verdict and judgment of not guilty of attempt to commit murder and guilty of two counts of the crime of assault in the first degree and of the crimes of conspiracy to commit assault in the first degree and carrying a pistol without a permit, from which the defendant appealed to this court. Affirmed.
