In re Hegwood, Bernell; applying for writ of certiorari and/or review; supervisory and/or remedial writs; Parish of Tangipahoa, 21st Judicial District Court, Div. "A"; to the Court of Appeal, First Circuit, No. KW87 1138.


Granted. It is hereby ordered that the ruling of the 21st Judicial District Court allowing for the extradition of Bernell Hegwood be stayed for 5 days to allow the attorney for the accused to seek supervisory writs with the Louisiana State Supreme Court.
