ORDER

Per Curiam:

Mr. Steven L. Heflin appeals his conviction by a Cole County jury of stealing. The court sentenced him to three years in the Department of Corrections as a prior and persistent offender.

For reasons stated in the memorandum provided to the parties, we affirm. Rule 30.25(b).
