Order

Per Curiam:

Mr. Andrew Head appeals from the judgment of conviction entered by the Circuit Court of Adair County, Missouri, following a jury verdict finding Mr. Head guilty of one count of murder in the second degree and one count of armed criminal action. On appeal, Mr. Head asserts claims of instructional and juror disqualification errors he argues warrant reversal of his convictions.
