WRIT DENIED .

The applicant, Brandon Haynes, seeks an order from this Court directing the trial court to set a return date on his notice of intent to seek supervisory review of the trial court's denial of his application for post-conviction relief. This Court does not apply U.R.C.A. 4-2 and 4-3 to pro se post-conviction filings. Accordingly, this writ of mandamus is denied as unnecessary.
