In re: Bruce Hawkins applying for writs of certiorari, prohibition, and/or mandamus. Parish of Tangipahoa.


Writ granted. The trial court is ordered to entertain relator's application for habeas corpus insofar as it alleges ineffective counsel, provided relator satisfies the court that he has abandoned any legal recourses to have his conviction reviewed under this Court's supervisory jurisdiction.
