TATE, DIXON and CALOGERO, JJ., would grant the writ.

TATE, J., is of the opinion that no grounds are shown to justify severance of multiple count information to permit the result here obtained under present facts, the State should have nol prossed one or more counts of the multiple-counts and filed new informations.
