       PER CURIAM.

       This appeal comes to us on the clerk's transcript. Defendant was charged, tried and convicted of the crime of manslaughter. From the judgment entered thereon he has appealed.

       We have examined the record and finding no error therein, the judgment appealed from is affirmed.

       Affirmed.
