ORDER DISMISSING APPEAL

Upon review of the record, it appears that on June 5, 2000, this court ordered Appellant Robert Harris to file the statement of jurisdiction and the opening brief within 30 days from the date of the order in the above-entitled matter, and that failure to comply with the order will result in the dismissal of the appeal.
