       PER CURIAM.

       Defendant was informed against, tried to the court without a jury, found guilty of the offense of assault and battery in violation of section 694.1, Code 1956, I.C.A., fined $50 and in default of payment ordered confined to the county jail 15 days. His appeal comes to us upon a clerk's transcript which reveals no reversible error. Accordingly the judgment is

       Affirmed.
