STATE OF LOUISIANA v. SHENEKA HALL


In Re: State of Louisiana, applying for supervisory writs, Juvenile Court, Parish of East Baton Rouge, No. 109231. BEFORE: PETTIGREW, McDONALD AND DRAKE, JJ.

WRIT GRANTED. The trial court erred in ruling that the State must prove that the State met the requirements set forth in La. R.S. 17:233 in order to prove a defendant guilty of La. R.S. 14:92.2(A)(2)(c).
