       PER CURIAM.

       Defendant was accused by county attorney's information of the crime of resisting and opposing police officers in the discharge of their duties, in violation of section 742.1, Code 1962, I.C.A. He pleaded not guilty, was tried before court and jury, found guilty and sentenced to serve six months in the county jail and to pay a fine of $500. Defendant's appeal comes to us upon a clerk's transcript which reveals no error. Hence the judgment is

       Affirmed.
