In Re: Telly Guillory, applying for supervisory writs, 20th Judicial District Court, Parish of West Feliciana, No. 98-6-254. BEFORE: GUIDRY, THERIOT, AND PENZATO, JJ.
WRIT DENIED ON THE SHOWING MADE. Relator failed to include the motion to correct an illegal sentence, pertinent court minutes (i.e., the minutes from all of the sentencing proceedings, the habitual offender adjudication hearing, and the trials), the district court's ruling, the bills of information, the uniform commitment orders, and any other portions of the district court record that might support the claims raised in the motion to correct an illegal sentence. Supplementation of this writ application and/or an application for rehearing will not be considered. See Uniform Rules of Louisiana Courts of Appeal, Rules 2-18.7 & 4-9. In the event relator elects to file a new application(s) with this court, the application shall be filed on or before [60 days from the date the action is handed down]. Any future filing on this issue should include the entire contents of this application, the missing items noted above, and a copy of this ruling.
