STATE OF LOUISIANA v. STANLEY GRIGSBY


In Re: Stanley Grigsby, applying for supervisory writs, 19th Judicial District Court, Parish of East Baton Rouge, No. 03-13-0824. BEFORE: WHIPPLE, C.J., GUIDRY AND McCLENDON, JJ.

WRIT DENIED. The records of the office of the Clerk of Court of East Baton Rouge Parish reflect that the district court is proceeding towards disposition of relator's application for postconviction relief. The records reflect that on March 15, 2017, the State filed a procedural objection and motion to dismiss the application for postconviction relief and, on March 21, 2017, the commissioner filed his report.
