Substitute information charging the defendant with the crimes of aiding assault in the first degree and conspiracy to commit assault in the first degree, brought to the Superior Court in the judicial district of New Haven, where the court, Ronan, J., entered a nolle prosequi to the charge of aiding assault in the first degree; thereafter, the defendant was presented to the court on a conditional plea of nolo contendere to the charge of conspiracy to commit assault in the first degree; judgment of guilty, from which the defendant appealed to this court. Affirmed.
