BEFORE: WELCH, HOLDRIDGE, AND WOLFE, JJ.
WRIT DENIED. We are advised by the office of the Clerk of Court of East Baton Rouge Parish that the trial court is proceeding toward disposition of relator's motion to suppress evidence and motion to suppress identification. The motion for preliminary hearing is moot because the court found that there was probable cause.
