STATE OF LOUISIANA v. JOSEPH GRAY

In Re: Joseph Gray, applying for supervisory writs, 18th Judicial District Court, Parish of Iberville, No. 63-89. BEFORE: PETTIGREW, McDONALD AND CALLOWAY, JJ.

WRIT DENIED. Relator has failed to demonstrate that one of the narrow exceptions set forth in La. Code Crim. P. art. 930.8(A) authorizes him to file a successive, untimely application for postconviction relief. See State ex rel. Gray v. State, 2014-2659 (La. 10/23/15), 177 So.3d 333 (per curiam).
