Submitted on briefs May 28, 1991

Decision released July 2, 1991

Substitute information charging the defendant with the crimes of criminal trespass in the first degree, criminal trespass in the second degree, interfering with an officer and conspiracy to commit criminal trespass, brought to the Superior Court in the judicial district of Hartford-New Britain, geographical area number sixteen, where the charge of criminal trespass in the first degree was withdrawn; thereafter, the matter was tried to the jury before Kocay, J.; verdict and judgment of guilty of criminal trespass in the second degree and interfering with an officer, from which the defendant appealed to this court. Affirmed.

William F. Gallagher and Elizabeth A. Gallagher filed a brief for the appellant (defendant).

John M. Bailey, state's attorney, and Mary H. Lesser and John O'Reilly, assistant state's attorneys, filed a brief for the appellee (state).


This case is controlled by State v. Clarke, 24 Conn. App. 541, 590 A.2d 468 (1991).
