Shawn Goodwin appeals the district court's denial of his petition for an Iowa Code chapter 910 hearing on restitution. AFFIRMED.

Shawn Goodwin appeals the district court's denial of his petition for an Iowa Code chapter 910 hearing on restitution. Upon our review of the record and the arguments of the parties asserted on appeal, we affirm without opinion pursuant to Iowa Rules of Appellate Procedure 6.24(1) and (4).

AFFIRMED.
