The State of Florida appeals from the trial court's grant of defendant's motion to dismiss based upon a finding that the State's traverse was legally insufficient. We affirm based onState v. Kalogeropolous, ___ So.2d ___, 2000 W.L. 565106 (Fla. Sup. Ct. case no. SC95664 May 11, 2000) which disapproved State v. Blanco, 432 So.2d 633 (Fla. 3d DCA 1983).

Affirmed.
