       PER CURIAM.

       This appeal is presented on a Clark's transcript. The defendant was indicted for murder in the second degree. He was tried and convicted on manslaughter. From the judgment entered he has appealed.

       We have examined the record and finding no error therein the judgment appealed from is affirmed.

       Affirmed.
