Appeal from the 210 District Court of El Paso County, Texas (TC# 20150D00100) ORDER
On August 13, 2015, the Court ordered the trial court to stay all proceedings in cause number 20150D00100, styled The State of Texas v. Joel Garcia, pending disposition of this appeal or further order of this Court. The stay order is modified to clarify that the trial court retains jurisdiction and authority to rule on matters related to bail, including but not limited to a motion to increase bail, during the pendency of the State's interlocutory appeal. See TEX.CODE CRIM.PROC.ANN. art. 44.01(g)(West Supp. 2014).
