Order

Per Curiam: Mr. Adalberto Gaitan appeals from the judgment entered by the Circuit Court of Jackson County, Missouri, following a jury trial in which he was found guilty of one count of statutory rape in the first degree and four counts of statutory sodomy in the first degree. Upon careful review of the briefs and the record on appeal, we find no error and affirm the judgment. We have provided the parties with a Memorandum explaining the reasons for our decision because a published opinion would serve no jurisprudential purpose. Rule 30.25(b).
