CONCURS AND ASSIGNS REASONS

I concur in the majority's holding to reverse defendant's conviction and remand for a new trial based upon the trial court's error in denying appellant's statutory right to back strike jurors. Finding grounds to reverse and remand for a new trial on this issue, I would pretermit discussion on appellant's remaining assignments of error.
