Information charging the defendant with the crime of possession of a controlled substance, brought to the Superior Court in the judicial district of Hartford-New Britain, geographical area number sixteen, where the court, Smith, J., denied the defendant's motion to suppress certain evidence; thereafter, the matter was presented to the court on a conditional plea of nolo contendere; judgment of guilty, from which the defendant appealed to this court. No error.
