STATE of Iowa, Plaintiff–Appellee, v. Yancy Dane FRELAND, Defendant–Appellant.

Appeal from the Iowa District Court for Polk County, Christopher L. McDonald (plea hearing) and Joel D. Novak (sentencing), Judges. A defendant appeals his conviction arguing his guilty plea is not supported by a factual basis and his attorney was ineffective in failing to challenge it. AFFIRMED. Mark C.
