STATE OF LOUISIANA v. WILLIAM C. FREDERICK

In Re: William Frederick, applying for supervisory writs, 16th Judicial District Court, Parish of St. Mary, No. 2016-196994. BEFORE: HIGGINBOTHAM, HOLDRIDGE AND PENZATO, JJ.

WRIT DENIED ON THE SHOWING MADE. Relator, William Frederick, seeks review of the denial of his petition for writ of habeas corpus. However, relator failed to provide this court with pertinent court records and documents such as the criminal charges against him or the pre-trial procedural history in his case, which is necessary in order to rule on the merits of relator's writ application.
