Amended information charging the defendant with the crimes of arson in the first degree and burglary in the second degree, brought to the Superior Court in the judicial district of New Haven and tried to the jury before Hadden, J.; verdict and judgment of guilty of arson in the third degree and burglary in the second degree, from which the defendant appealed to this court. Affirmed.
