PER CURIAM
Richard E. Frank ("Defendant") appeals from the judgment of the Circuit Court of St. Francois County entered upon a jury verdict convicting him of one count of domestic assault in the third degree under § 565.074, RSMo (2016). Defendant raises one point on appeal. Finding that the circuit court did not abuse its discretion as alleged by Defendant, we affirm the judgment of the circuit court.
No jurisprudential purpose would be served by a written opinion. However, we have provided the parties a memorandum setting forth the reasons for our decision. The judgment of the circuit court is affirmed under Rule 30.25(b).
