MEMORANDUM OPINION

PER CURIAM:

The Kansas Court of Appeals affirmed the district court's conviction of defendant and imposition of probation with conditions in an unpublished opinion filed June 26, 2009. We granted review on the issue regarding probation conditions. We have reviewed and considered the briefs, the arguments, and the record and have determined that the petition for review should be dismissed as having been improvidently granted.
