       PER CURIAM.

       This case comes to us upon a Clerk's Transcript.

       Defendant was charged in an indictment with the crime of uttering and drawing a false check as defined in Section 713.3 of the 1954 Code of Iowa, I.C.A. He entered a plea of guilty and it was adjudged that he serve a period of not to exceed seven years in the state penitentiary at Fort Madison, Iowa, and pay the costs of the action. Defendant appealed.

       We find no error and the judgment is affirmed.
