In Re: Terry L. Flanagan, applying for supervisory writs, 19th Judicial District Court, Parish of East Baton Rouge, Nos. 03-18-0428 & 12-17-0511. BEFORE: WHIPPLE, C.J., McCLENDON AND HIGGINBOTHAM, JJ.

WRIT DENIED. The record of the Clerk of Court of East Baton Rouge Parish shows that on March 29, 2018, the district court granted relator's request for 701 relief in this case and ordered relator released only as to the charges in docket number 03-18-0428. Relator's request for mandamus relief regarding a motion to quash the charges in docket number 03-18-0428 is moot.
