STATE OF LOUISIANA v. TERRY L. FLANAGAN


In Re: Terry L. Flanagan, applying for supervisory writs, 19th Judicial District Court, Parish of East Baton Rouge, No. 03-18-0428. BEFORE: GUIDRY, THERIOT, AND PENZATO, JJ.

WRIT DENIED. The record of the Clerk of Court of East Baton Rouge Parish shows that on March 29, 2018, the district court granted relator's request for 701 relief in this case and ordered relator released as to the charge in docket number 03-18-0428. The record also shows relator has been charged in docket number 12-17-0511 with felony theft (La. R.S. 14:67(B)) and is currently being held on that charge. The district court has already granted relator the relief that he is entitled to under the law. See La. Code Crim. P. art. 701(B)(1)(b).
