Substitute information, in each case, charging the defendant with the crime of possession of narcotics with intent to sell, brought to the Superior Court in the judicial district of Hartford-New Britain at Hartford, and presented to the court, Miano, J., on pleas of guilty; judgments of guilty, from which the defendant filed separate appeals to this court, which were consolidated. Affirmed.

Terry Evans, pro se, the appellant (defendant).
