Carol Jansen, Columbia, MO, Counsel for Appellant.

Karen Kramer, Jefferson City, MO, Counsel for Respondent.

Before Division Three: Gary D. Witt, P.J., Lisa White Hardwick and Thomas N. Chapman, JJ.

ORDER

Per Curiam: Hector Escamilla appeals his convictions following a jury trial in the Circuit Court of Buchanan County of one count of first-degree sodomy and two counts of first-degree rape. He raises one point on appeal challenging the exclusion of evidence. Because a published opinion would have no precedential value, a memorandum explaining the reasons for the decision has been provided to the parties. The judgment is affirmed. Rule 30.25(b).
